Since 2022 I’ve led the product design group.
We have operated as a center of design excellence serving gloo workspace, gloo360, and glooAI.
Operating Modes
Early on, we assigned 3 core focuses (or modes) to every designer. The balance between these operating activities shifts every cycle and allows for fungibility, utilization, and development.

Across all 5 workspace products, gloo360 client and GlooAI developer tools; roadmaps are ambitious.
Our team leverages in-house frameworks called ECHO and SHAPE to execute discovery, definition, design and even deployment for features and programs.

We developed a system titled Evergreen that produces product-, client-, and marketing-specific libraries. As of 2026 the internal system is named Cypress and can be seen here: design.gloo.com

Every designer has dreams of what could or ought to be. We partner with product, CS, sales, engineering, and the executive team to develop prototypes on a regular cadence. This also encompasses the adoption, testing, and integration of newer technologies such as agentic engineering, automations, MCPs and more.
